It started with a push-up competition in class.

That’s where Harry met Dave — two athletes raised in Nigeria, both shaped by discipline from a young age. Harry trained in karate, Dave in taekwondo. Different paths, same mindset: consistency, respect, and relentless effort.

As their friendship grew, Harry discovered calisthenics — a raw, demanding form of training built on control, strength, and mastery of bodyweight. He introduced Dave to it, and something clicked. They didn’t just train — they excelled at an abnormal speed, pushing each other daily, sharpening both body and mind.

Later, in college, another turning point came.

During yet another push-up challenge, Luka met Harry. What started as competition turned into conversation. Both were martial artists. Both were athletes. Both lived by discipline. Harry invited Luka to train at an outdoor calisthenics park — to meet Dave and film a session.

That first session changed everything.
